CendLink provides the technology that enables customers and providers to connect. Unless expressly stated, CendLink does not provide the services listed by providers.
3. Eligibility

- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

- Pay providers according to agreed terms.
- Comply with applicable laws.
- Leave honest and fair reviews.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the requested services are lawful.
7. Provider Responsibilities
Providers agree to:
- Deliver services professionally.
- Maintain accurate profile information.
- Respond to customers promptly.
- Honour accepted bookings whenever reasonably possible.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain any licences, permits, or insurance required for their services.
Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer.
8. Subscription Services
Some provider features require an active subscription.
Subscription benefits may include:
- Marketplace visibility
- Customer enquiries
- Premium profile features
- Advertising or boosted listings
- Additional platform tools
Subscription fees are displayed before purchase and may change from time to time.
Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
9. Payments
CendLink does not process, hold, or escrow payments made directly between customers and providers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers and providers are responsible for agreeing on:
- Pricing
- Payment method
- Payment timing
- Refund arrangements
- Additional charges
CendLink is not responsible for disputes relating to payments made outside any official CendLink payment feature.
10. Reviews and Ratings
Customers may submit reviews based on genuine service experiences.
Reviews must not:
- Be false or misleading.
- Contain abusive or offensive language.
- Defame another user.
- Include confidential or personal information.
CendLink reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Violate any law.
- Commit fraud or deception.
- Upload malware or harmful software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Interfere with Platform security.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Publish illegal or prohibited services.
- Infringe another person's intellectual property rights.
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy Platform data without permission.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, trademarks, and designs, belongs to CendLink or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Platform content without prior written permission.
13. User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they submit, including profile information, reviews, images, and messages.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant CendLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and use that content for operating, improving, promoting, and securing the Platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload any content they submit.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account if a user:
- Violates these Terms.
- Provides false information.
- Engages in fraudulent or illegal conduct.
- Threatens the safety of other users.
- Misuses the Platform.
Where appropriate, we may also remove listings or restrict access while investigating suspected violations.
15. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CendLink does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the Platform.
- Error-free operation.
- The quality or suitability of services provided by independent providers.
- That every customer or provider will successfully complete a transaction.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CendLink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to CendLink by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CendLink, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your infringement of another person's rights.

When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may notify users through the Platform or by email.
